Churt arrived to play beacon hill with a slightly new formation trying to give them a surprise.
The satellites kicked off the game already pushing beacon hill deeper. Within the first few minutes Maisie Lambert passed the ball to Ella Farrier who shot, hit the post and went in. Churt was already dominating. Beacon hill had a few through balls but Churt's defence was not letting anyone get past.
A few loose touches from the opposition lead to Emily and Hannah Watts nicking the ball a few times and sliding it through to the forwards but they couldn't quite find the back of the net.
Beacon Hill made some crucial tackles and saves by the keeper. Churt was starting to frustrate them. and The whistle blew for half time. Churt 1 - Beacon Hill 0.
Both teams came back on the pitch ready to put up another fight. Beacon hill were suddenly on top, dominating most of the play. Not long after they scored now 1-1.
Churt kept getting the ball up to their forwards but no one could find the back of the net. Churt's defence had to stay alert making those vital tackles but Beacon Hill managed to score another goal, 1-2.
Churt managed to get more possession with tilly making a fantastic save and blasting the ball out for a throw in.
Churt knew they didn't have long left and were starting to tire, Ruby Clarke got the ball, carried the ball into the other half and squared it to Hannah Watts who first time hit it and finally it went in, hold on a minute, the linesman flag was up , but the ref over ruled that decision and gave Churt the goal , 2-2.
Now with only a few minutes left Churt knew what they had to do but Beacon hill made a looping ball over the top of they defence, Isobel Kandak sprinted to try clear it off the line but it she didn't quite make it, so 3-2 to Beacon Hill.
Churt continued to chase the game and had several chances saved by the Beacon Hill Goalie.
The game ended 3-2 to Beacon Hill, on another day it could have gone the other way. Frustrating but a great game from both teams.
